Student achievement results are presented annually to the Board of Education in the fall of each year. These reports focus on the Strategic Plan goals as well as other measures.
High School Measures Report
The achievement of high school students was presented at the Nov. 8, 2011 Board Meeting. The findings shared at this meeting are as follows:
- PAUSD high school students outperform their peers across the state and nation.
- More students are successfully taking AP exams and SATs.
- Students feel well-prepared for college.

Assessment Report: Strategic Plan Goals 4 & 5 Meeting A-G Requirements
The achievement of high school students was presented at the October 25, 2011 Board Meeting. The findings shared at this meeting are as follows:
- Most students are well prepared to apply to UC/CSU, but not all students have this option.
- Many students who struggle to meet A-G are below proficient in elementary school.
- Impact of district-wide changes needs time to affect results.
