Board to Review Superintendent Search Firm Proposals

At the Board's direction, staff solicited proposals from seven (7) search firms:
 

• The Cosca Group
• Education Leadership Services (ELS)
• Education Support Services Group (ESS)
• Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates (HYA)
• Human Capital Enterprises
• Leadership Associates
• McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C.

Three firms submitted proposals which will be reviewed at the March 17, 2026 Board of Education meeting. The three firms that submitted proposals are:

• Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates (HYA)
• Leadership Associates
• McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C.

Proposals are included as exhibits on the Board Agenda item.
