Escondido - New Multi-Purpose and Administration Building - Progress week of 1/15

El Building:

• Irrigation work will continue, weather permitting. Soil moving, small excavator and/or dump unit expected along with hand tool use.
• Power washing of the exterior will begin prior to final paint work. Expect consistent power washer noise for several hours during this week. Paint work to follow.
• Some final framing noise for exterior slats, hand tool and saw use (minor noise impact)

MPR Building:

• Wall framing continues which will include grade all, saws, nail guns, and hand tools use throughout the day. Pretty consistent noise from these tools throughout the day/week.
• Possible infrequent saw use for metal cutting, minor noise impact.
