Escondido - New Multi-Purpose and Administration Building - Progress week of 1/29

EL Building:

• Possible small concrete pour this week weather permitting.
• Irrigation and landscaping work may begin as well.  Small excavator use with idling and beeping possible.
• Painting and clean up of the EL building exterior pushed back again, this work may occur this week.  Noise would be pressure washers and compressors running for paint sprayers.
• Expecting rain for the back half of the week which may push these activities out.

MPR Building:

• Framing focused efforts continue. This will include grade all and scissor lift noise (lots of beeping) as well as compressor, nail gun, saw and hammer noise.  Currently spread out throughout the footprint of the building.  Will be more scissor lift and grade all noise than typical for roof joist installation activities.
