Escondido - New Multi-Purpose and Administration Building - Progress week of 2/26

EL Building:

• Irrigation work continues throughout the week, small skid steer and excavator use throughout the day.  Minor beeping and idling noise expected.
• Grade all use towards the end of the week relocating some landscaping items, expect idling and beeping for several hours likely mid week.
• Exterior painting will be ongoing early in the week to completion.
• Final cleaning will be completed this week, no noise impacts.

MPR Building:

• Sheathing and blocking continue in multiple areas of the project, with hand tool use to include compressors, nail guns, saws and hammers running consistently throughout the day.
• Some grade-all use for small windows of time for hoisting material to the roof will continue throughout the week, along with scissor lift beeping throughout the day.
• Exterior insulation will begin using scaffolding followed by sheathing and nail off activities.  This will be mostly hand tool and nail gun use throughout the week.
• Steel columns for the canopy will be erected this week, which will bring some grinding and welding noise early in the week for about one day.
