Negotiations for 2023-24 and 2024-25 have been settled and ratified by CSEA membership and approved by the PAUSD Board of Education.

Two employee unions represent the staff of Palo Alto Unified School District. The Palo Alto Educators Association (PAEA) represents certificated staff, while California School Employees Association Chapter 301 (CSEA) represents classified staff members. Below are the current contracts.
