To: Parents of 2019-2020 PAUSD students

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, there are three items that we would like to bring to your attention:

  1. Parent Account - ID Portal
    In an effort to bring consistency to the login process for all PAUSD services, parents now have accounts in the portal. This means that parents, students, and staff will now login the same way to PAUSD connected services. To enable your parent account, a one-time claim process is necessary. A special thanks to local security company Yubico for their assistance in making this project possible. Please see our project website for additional information.

    *** Please Note ***
    Your child's student number can be located on the school-issued ID card, the number begins with 950xxxx. This number is also your chlid's username used for their individual login to the portal.

  2. Annual Data Update
    It is the time of year for all current families to complete the Annual Data Update process within Infinite Campus. Completing this process is required by California law to validate residency, emergency contacts, and health information and ensure continued enrollment in PAUSD schools. Parents/caregivers must complete this process by June 30, 2019. To complete this process, please first claim your account (item 1 above), then click the Infinite Campus button in the ID Portal to access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. On the bottom left of the page is the link for “Online Registration” that will launch the Annual Data Update application; you’ll know you’ve completed it when you’ve received a confirmation email. More information can be found on our website.

  3. CAASPP and ELPAC State Assessments
    The California Department of Education is transitioning to a paperless delivery of 2019 CAASPP and ELPAC individual student score reports. Families will now access the score reports through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Please claim your account and complete the Annual Data Update prior to June 30 to ensure your account is setup to access the new CAASPP reports when they are made available.
