Palo Alto Unified School District facilities are sometimes available for use by the community. Activities should adhere to the interests of the district and should not interfere with educational programs. First priority is always given to the education of students.
The lead time for all requests is 35-days. All facility use requests must be submitted through Facilitron.

Summer Rental Period (June 8 - July 17, 2020)
- March 1, 2020 – deadline to submit a rental application during the summer.
- Mandatory Cleaning Period: July 20, 2020 through August 7, 2020. Schools are not available for rental during the Mandatory Cleaning Period as the Custodial Department will be cleaning all the schools in preparation for the opening of the new school year.
