Parent account claim

All parents/guardians have a unique account created for them on the ID portal. These accounts are linked to your child's account automatically.

With your parent ID Portal account you will be able to do single sign-on (SSO) into Infinite Campus and Schoology as well as future software that the school district may choose to deploy.

To claim your account please follow the steps below.

Part 1: Retrieve Username

  1. Navigate to the ID Portal (https://id.pausd.org).
  2. Click the "Need help?" link.
  3. Click the "Forgot My Username" button.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Next.
  5. Check your email for the message sent containing the username for your account.

Part 2: Reset Password

  1. Once you have the username from Part 1, navigate back to the ID Portal (https://id.pausd.org).
  2. Click the "Need help?" link.
  3. Click the "Forgot My Password" button.
  4. Enter the username obtained in Part 1 above and click Next.
  5. Choose the preferred method to receive a link and PIN code to proceed with the password reset, and then click Submit.
  6. Use the link and PIN code provided to reset the password and claim the account.

Once a password is set, you should be able to login through the normal process at https://id.pausd.org.
