The Transition Partnership Program (TPP) connects high school students with disabilities to the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR)* and assists with their transition to work. TPP helps students overcome barriers to employment such as physical or mental disabilities. Assistance may include direct job development, vocational training, or post-secondary education.

Each student in TPP is assigned to a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. The counselor and PAUSD staff work with students until they are successfully placed in employment for a minimum of 90 days.

To apply for TPP services, contact the student's case manager.
